How Can I SHARE?

From the conception of this Church on January 11, 2002, the Holy Spirit enlightened us that this part of the Body of Christ is specifically established for the work of preparing, equipping and reproducing faithful shepherds whom the Lord Jesus Christ could entrust His gathered flock for care and protection, through proper education in formal Bible Schools, Christian Seminaries and accredited Training Institutions. Believing that we are not alone in this sacred endeavor, we establish the SHARE Program, an acronym for Shepherds Ad-Interim Resource Extension Program. Through it, everyone who is called of God could join and share in the responsibility of supporting these precious brethren in their preparation and equipping for Kingdom’s work.

We could not take their plight for granted because the works they will be dispensing will affect the eternal destiny of the people that will be entrusted to their care and protection. The Bible openly admonishes us in Matthew 15:14, saying, “If a blind man leads a blind man, both will fall into a pit.” Yes, this is an urgent need that calls for our help! All of us who are loved of God have a shared accountability. None in God’s Household is ever exempt from participating in Kingdom responsibilities.

What is Share Program?

SHARE is short for Shepherds Ad-Interim Resource Extension Program This program serves as an open door for everyone who has the heart to share the burden of supporting brothers and sisters in Christ for their formal education in recognized institutions and Christian Seminaries.

It came into existence after God has placed a burden in the heart of Pastor Arnold Requierro, our senior pastor, through God's Word in Jeremiah 23:3-4. It says, "I Myself will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries where I have driven them and will bring them back to their pasture, where they will no longer be afraid or terrified, nor will any be missing, declares the Lord."

After continually praying over the matter, God enlightened him over the meaning of this burden. God made it clear to him that during the last days, God will be gathering His people and will put overseers over them, who will devotedly tend them, protect them and care for them, making sure that none will be missing. This understanding set the role of the Ministry in the plan of God which is to help send these commissioned servants of the Lord Jesus Christ to formal schools and Christian Seminaries for proper preparation, training, and equipping for His Glory.

We cannot deny the fact that nowadays, we have several brothers and sisters, who are working for God's ministry and are certainly called by God and yet are deprived of having a formal preparation, training and equipping. Their willingness to be prepared is greatly affected by their lack of financial resources. We could not take their condition for granted because their insufficiency will greatly affect the lives of the people that are loved by God and have been entrusted to their care and protection. SHARE Program aims to help these brothers and sisters in Christ.
